Spring!!!

Nicholas had his first taste of oatmeal cereal.At first he was skeptical to try it..
And didn't particularly enjoy it.

But then got a taste for it and couldn't get enough :)
He also was introduced to Mama's best friend: the exersaucer. Luckily, Nicholas loves to play in it.
Meanwhile, Alex learned to really relax during his bath times.
Nicholas is all smiles most of the days.
Alex had his first soccer game of the season and by pure luck it was a gorgeous day outside. Nana and Pa came to watch him. Well, they also got plenty of time with their youngest grandson.
Dave again is the soccer coach for Alex's team. He loves sports and coaching.

We had a wedding to go to at the Joseph Smith Memorial building, so we took the chance to walk around and see all the pretty flowers.




Our neighbors have this gorgeous magnolia tree that in 6 years of us living here never got a chance to truly show off its spring beauty due to annual freezes during its flowering season. Well, this year it finally got a chance. It was a beautiful, even if short-lived, sight to see.

I grew this African Violet from a leaf and it's already flowering!!!

Finally it warmed up enough outside to truly enjoy our time outdoors.



I love spring season and all the beauty it brings with it. My flowers are gorgeous this year and I'm looking forward to more to come.
